Do you want an explanation as to what I believe, or an attempt to convince you that what I believe is true? Because I don't think either of us is going to have an entire paradigm shift through Darflen comments -

I suppose I'll just start with what I believe specifically.
I believe that Jesus is God, and that He died on the cross for all the sins of the world. This is important because in order to get into heaven, you need to be perfect. Because heaven is complete unity with God, and God is perfect. I can't speak for you, but I personally have sinned countless times. Which is a problem because if you so much as sin even one time, you're screwed. However, if you acknowledge Jesus as the savior and king of the universe, His perfect life can cover the sin and darkness of someone else's. God loves you, and wants to spend eternity with you in heaven, but He won't force anyone. You can't spend perfect unity with Him while actively rejecting Him.
That is what I believe. -
If Jesus is God then why is all that extra jazz necessary? Sounds like he's working against himself. Also I think I'm gonna need you to explain why he can just take accountability for our sins, like, we still did them, the harm is already done. -

Christianity, we need it because we are born from Adam and Eves original sin, therefore we are sinners, He sent His son to die for us to pay for our sins, to give us a chance through faith. Some proof is they found Noah's ark blueprints -
Why am I punished for the sins of people born thousands of years before me? Can you refer me to the source of this finding of Noah's ark?
