As I see conflicts arising from anarchy communities, should I give ownership to the first person joining those communities or should I remove them?

yeah, i was saying that you should give anarchy community admin powers to trusted users

give ownership to yourself and if someone wants back their community give it back -

removing them would make more sense, other people could steal the communities
