it's fine to just block people you don't want to interact with, it's not fine to make a public service announcement about it to get attention and start shit -
the way you phrase this makes it seem that it is "invalid" to block someone who isn't "problematic". but this is far too vague. reasons for blocks aren't what is annoying; what is annoying is making a big fuss about it. -
