As much as I hate it, this is about the best I've ever seen moderation of this type (to do: what are the other types and what make them different) do for any reasonably-sized community. From what I've seen this is just the kind of thing that happens with places like wasteof (to do: where else have I seen this). If we want to do not just better but any standard of good whatsoever, we'll have to reconstruct it entirely (to do: reconstruct in what way). -
