first off lemme answer your questions:
cereal: no it is not a soup. it’s cold, not broth, and it has no veggies.
ocean: yes. it’s warm sometimes, salty, veggies (seaweed), meat, but not edible. But even if you put a ton of salt and poison into a soup, it’s still a soup.
macaroni and cheese: the cheese is a sauce, not a meat broth, and it’s more of a casserole
