why would i "admit" that when you didn't say what he did to break the rules
if he did break the rules, the moderation should have a look at it, so just explain -

i can't believe you without evidence, wheres the evidence? preferably links, screenshots are too easy to fake -
maybe you should prepare the proof before you post your analysis, or else people will think you're a fraud
