darflen not having enough moderation might be a problem soon
yes i know cheesewhisk3rs checks reports daily but neither of them have that much time during the day because paradock is never online during the day
PkmnQ is active but normally in the dead hours of darflen when only like 4 people post
I said 2 mods isn't a mod team a couple of months ago but it is still a mod team just a small mod team, but even hiring a bigger mod team would be risky if they abuse mod powers and ban people that they don't like
there normally isn't much to moderate but sometimes, someone like ayd or doodles starts to make ban evasion accounts and if the 2 mods take a break then paradock is the only mod
remember those renard3333 spamming incidents? most of those happened before mods were hired. i think it happened after mods were hired too, but it took a while for one to come online.
2 mods seemed good at first, but when darflen becomes a bigger site, there would have to be trusted mods who wouldn't admin abuse (this doesn't count pkmnq because his mod abusing isn't really causing any problems)
also, the mods all have lives and it would be a hard time for just 1 mod to ban like 10 accounts in less that an hour. it's happened before with ban evasions and they can't moderate 24/7
trusted users who either have a lot of time or live in different time zones so they could actually be online at the times that they have to moderate would be good to hire but ther aren't many users like that currently
darflen is growing pretty fast so even if there's not anything to moderate for now, as more users join from pi, there will be more and more activity every couple of days and more moderation needed
