slightly relieved to see that scratch isn't training their CLA/whatever on scratch user data, BUT:

that first half is still concerning. are they trying to give themselves wiggle room to start training models on user data later down the line? the recent ToS changes leaves the door wide open for them to. i really, really want them to fully close this. training on user data - especially data created by minors - should not be an option for them.
