i am making a programming language! (kind of)
so this thing will basically be like tosh but for scratch 3
for those who dont know: tosh is a programming language thingy that transpiles your tosh (text) code to a scratch project
BUT it is for scratch 2 and doesnt support extensions
this will solve both
