Why do people put he/him, she/her, they/them on their bios?
I mean, isn't it obvious that if you're a she I have to use her as well?

i agree, though with a slightly different perspective
i believe if it is singular (e.g "she/her", "he/him") then including both variations is a good idea; having for example "she" instead of "she/her" can make it difficult to tell if it is the preferred pronouns
but, if there was multiple (e.g "she/they") then having both variations is a bit redundant as it already follows the standard format of some sort for pronouns thus is easy to recognize-
You're forgetting that there's a designated space for pronouns in most websites. I don't think it'd be confusing.

Maybe not but if you set your pronoun as just she, everyone will probably know to use her
