what if i make a 24/7 service that tracks every community and it's creator, and when the creator leaves i broadcast that info on a darflen bot account like "some anarshitty created a memberless community, eeoo, eeoo" and provide json data or smth like that

it'd require a list of all communities but otherwise it would be possibul (and i think i know how to make a list of communities, though i am not sure) -
> fetch
> newly created
> create a marker on them and wait until they're memberless
> if not memberless for one hour delete marker
> if memberless, post on bot account
