the problem with sleeping is that each time i do intensive brain activity like recently coding or learning language i have big insomnia because everything just cycles through my brain and i cant disconnect and stop thinking about it

it's been 2 nights recently that i just dont sleep / sleep under an hour because of that

can anyone relate

    Yes, can you get your hands on some melatonin pills or something? It helps (it’s not a drug)

      i used to take that but whenever i took them i would always be extra tired when i wake up
