why can't you just keep him banned without the appeal option

    why the hate, he did reconciliation, did a good appeal, checkup went very well, everything looked genuine and what's the mrmeems treatment already

      oh ok, anyways the mrmeems treatment is when a user gets banned and unbanned after appealing and gets banned again for doing the same thing
