what are activated users?
activated users are users that are currently active on darflen that made an account using your referral link. more specifically being active in the last 7 days (made a few interactions, loves, etc)
why didn't the referred users counter go up after someone registered?
probably because the user has failed an anti-spam check. if you are attempting to create multiple account just to make this counter go up, you will get penalized.
