i mean not really
if your in a situation where you cant pay in full but can cover it over a monthly period then its a good choice
though for the small items its a really bad choice; there is no reason to pay a 20 dollar meal over a couple of months-
exactly for the small items it was probably made in a ploy to get more money out of poorer people
but for small items hell yeah it is a scam
