- make an unlisted post
- ping the user you want to dm in the comments
- edit the comment and remove the user's username (if you want) -
not a bug just a useful way to avoid pinging people
if you add 4 underscores before the username or 2 before and 2 after the username it'll not ping them

you can also use 2-4 @*paradock test
adding a hashtag and then a space before pinging the user also doesn't ping them

bug: if you mention a private community like, other users can click on it and it would lead to a 404 page even though there's no link for%test8 which doesn't exist -
