reused an old wifi extender as a dedicated wireless PCVR access point
between steam link, wivrn, and alvr (i don't own virtual desktop), steam link worked the best for me on it, on both windows and linux. although, on linux, steamvr doesn't handle the desktop and windows properly for me. and wayvr, another desktop overlay for vr, doesn't seem to work for me. so close, but i guess i'll still be rebooting into windows for vr
having a good wireless vr connection feels weird. it's not a perfect one, and the wifi extender was cheap, but it's so much better than anything i had before. sometimes i forget i'm playing wireless

I never thought that an old wifi extended could be used as an access point for wireless PCVR
