What do you think is the best way to deal with some young men who have been radicalized by the far right?

This goes for radicals on both sides:
Don't do anything, unless they are putting people in danger. Simply point out why their ideas are dumb and extremist.
They might be to far gone to actually listen to you, but it would benefit those listening in, to avoid more indoctrination to the radical right/left
Edit: If they are doing something illegal, like vandilizing property, assaulting people, stealing, obviously they should be punished for that. My point is that no one should should receive repercussions for simply being "extremist".
