do you guys also forget to eat sometimes until you are reminded by your stomach growling?

I have a stomach that doesn’t know when i’m hungry so assumes it’s all the time -
sometimes I remember to eat because my brain is bored and wants a kick of dopamine but today I was busy so I didn't remember to eat. It's been 18 hours since I've last eaten and the sound of my stomach just reminded me to eat
