not everything you say has to be a post + low quality interactions do bury the effort made by others and they can be bad even when not spammed for the purpose of winning an event (that's so specific, why?)

  a post that isn't just "912ifasudfshghsdghsdgah" or "hi" and nothing else
  
  etc, there's no strict definition for an high-quality interaction
