so this is my understanding of each of these (correct me if i'm wrong):
normal people: will struggle to tell you a note or the interval between two notes
partial relative pitch: might be able to tell you the intervals between two notes and needs a reference to sing a note, but needs more training to fully master
relative pitch: knows all the intervals and can sing two notes without reference if they know the interval between the two and either the sound of the first one or the interval between the first note and something like C
partial perfect pitch: can identify and/or sing some notes without any reference, but it might take a few seconds to do so
perfect pitch: can identify and all notes without reference almost immediately

pitch memory exists which really goes against this classification
