Worst part is that they're absolutely incompetent in this kind of situations. They took forever to evacuate people and even then, the exits were completely impassable.
This was the case at all UCRs in the country.
Luckily I just had to go do an exam and then leave and was already home by the time it all happened, but it must have been terrifying for everyone still there, which includes some of my friends.
Apparently it's some terrorist fanatics from Uruguay of all places. Haven't heard of anyone getting hurt yet but damn, they really need to get their act together and start doing drills or something.
