When did you make darflen? Because I never heard of it, just saw it on scratch through a projects cloud variables -
do you mean next darflen update or just what u should do generally because i think you should eat 1 apple a day and stay hydrated -

and what you should do is:
get at least 9 hours of sleep a night
eat 5 fruits and vegetables per day
stay hydrated
