that depends
much of the issue with wasteof moderation lies in the fact that it’s very harsh and unforgiving
darflen moderation is currently lenient and forgiving
if you make responsible people moderator (for example people who don’t do anything negative to the site and wouldn’t ban everyone) the leniency could balance towards perfection
the issue is, when a site moderation reaches close to middle on the scale (perfection) it has tendencies to become harsher
tl;dr by appointing more moderators the moderation will get good but it has to be monitored well to avoid becoming wo.m -
