I am here only to announce that the basketball season is officially over and my team has successfully won ONE game the whole season! (ignore that my sisters team won the finals)

grapes 4 months agoone team won every game except for the finals. that team had the refs daughter who happened to be 7 and out of the age group in it. that team had such a huge advantage it wasn't fair. it would have been competitive if anyone knew how to play. nobody knew how to play basketball. my team was full of shorties, and the whole time they would just yell at me cause I was the tallest and conveniently the only one on the team with any height. our team was so bad that barely anyone would show up to games, and it would be exactly the amount of people needed to play so we would be forced to play with no breaks. the coach was different every few weeks for the first half of the season. the coach we finally got was a lady who told us go out there and foul all over the place. it wasn't competitive, because we all knew that my team was gonna lose again because instead of coming up with a strategy they just screamed at each other at half times. I hated every minute of it, and they didn't even have free wifi! well of course, why would they? they changed gyms halfway. throughout the course of ~15 weeks, we had three different courts. -
