for too long we've seen successive mayors "do things". and what has that done? it's made it worse. which is why my promise to you is to learn from those mistakes and not do anything at all. i will be completely inert. i will be encased in a plexiglass chamber, 24 hours a day, where i will sit perfectly still, not moving even slightly, apart from the absolute minimum amount of motion to breathe and conduct other necessary bodily functions. i will be as sedated as possible, and i will not speak or interact with anyone, other than perhaps blinking if my eyes become too dry.
