maelink group chats? (mods will have a list of all gcs and almost everything else (gc name, members, when members joined, gc creation date, etc) but wont be able to check message logs until i or another admin authorize it)

The only flaw is that you make group chats but then make them have 0 privacy.

  they have privacy in the sense that their actual contents are private unless admins deem them unsafe or suspicious so then they can check the contents
  if i catch anyone not looking into gcs in good faith they will be permabanned
