yes, something like that, and being very unhappy about something about themself -
well, it's not a small depression, it is like you really really hate yourself I think, like very bad depression and it can last as long as it isn't uh fixed -
Its complicated and different for everyone, I will explain in a bit. Have hw to do -
dysphoria is a state of extreme unhappiness, caused by other things (so not exactly like depression)
