polls shouldn't be rounded because if there are 8 options (max for darflen) and one person votes each option, it will total to 104%
if you subtract the rest of the percentages from the last, you'll end up with 9% and 13% in the rest (this actually could be a good solution when there's only two options involved)
option 1: have 12% on 4 options and 13% on the rest (can be inaccurate)
option 2: instead of %, just say the number of people who voted (can be hard to understand)
option 3: use a graph or some other diagram (can be harder to implement)
option 4: don't use percentages and use 1 instead (not standard)
option 5: just don't round polls!!! (except when there's 7 options)
