So, I have two opinion,
First, I don't know how many all user, but I know japanese user is little.
I want to make more japanese user, So I want to write rule and terms in write Japanese.
Second, I think I should make Translater badge.
Because, many people ask to little user, so that user is so busy,
So, I think it's better to share the work with others.
