      i prefer the term goonposting + both of those terms refer to media (images, videos) not posts if we're being technical here. graphic violence is "the depiction of especially vivid, brutal and realistic acts of violence in visual media such as film, television, and video games" and sexually explicit material is "a pictorial depiction of actual or simulated sexual acts including sexual intercourse, oral sex, or masturbation." <- note that this quote is taken from a law website. if paradock meant differently than the generally accepted meanings it would be HIS fault for incorrectly writing the terms. for example google defines "sexually explicit content" differently but defines it in their terms.

      didn’t know + well it’s still inappropriate and some of the posts you made were taken down i think + what about 3.4: Promotes bigotry, discrimination, hatred, or violence against any individual or group? i don’t remember the exact comments but you did say stuff that falls under that category (although tbf meems was almost worse in this and he’s not banned yet so)

      i have no logical retort for that unlike the previous two, but banning people for opinions on social politics has and always will be a stupid reason to ban people. i am transphobic (and racist depending on how one defines racism) but i have never promoted such on darflen (or at the least i can say with 100% certainty in the month leading up to my ban) unless you count my "purge degeneracy" comments recently. or i guess if you count when i commented "cringe" under one of lily's posts. and as you said meems has done worse. paradock clearly has a personal problem with me

      as the TOS doesn't say what material specifically to be to be appliqued, I have the right to interpret "sexually explicit or graphically violent material" to include any content on darflen including written interactions that explicitly discuss sexual acts or violent things

      as it is not appropriate for a wide audience where some content is inappropriate for this website like goonposting. here's an extract of the TOS:
