Community rework:
-Owner and moderators can now delete posts in their communities and give ban reasons
-Viewing permission : either members, everyone or moderators only
if members is selected then only members can view the posts of a community
if moderator is selected members can still post but they can't see the posts, would allow form communities
-Join mode: Open, Request-to-join, Closed
request to join means users can only send request to join and owners/moderators have to accept it in order to become members of a community
a closed community cannot be joined at all
-Visibility: public, unlisted, private
an unlisted community simply does not appear on lists including the search feature
a private community just means that nobody can access the number of members, icons, banners and description of a community except its members
