i don't feel physically sick but i have a huge lack of appetite and constantly feel out of breath
i've been out sick for 5 days of school this year and my parents are not thrilled about that, so i'm just forced to come to school with little to no motivation to work on anything

well now i have a headache and my ears are on fire
