pyongyang isn't as dangerous but the rules are very hard to avoid breaking and you're stuck there forever once you enter -
i mean it's possible to not break the rule here, just gotta have a lot of control in yourself to not do things impulsively -
well then... you're doomed
you have no choice, be near a guide at all time and do a crap ton of research
