Technically, anything can be a poison, it just depends on how much you consume. Things that we culturally would consider a poison just require much smaller doses to do harm compared to other things like salt. Even water poisoning exists, it's called hydro poisoning, and it's not drowning, it's consuming so much water that it harms (poisons) your immune system. This requires an ungodly amount of water consumption, so there aren't too many cases of it. -
