There isn't a problem joining them but if you stay in them you ruin the point of it being a memberless community -

joining an anarchy communities doesn't make them non anarchy communities, this is just dumb logic. the first anarchy communities had members -
they can't be differentiated from normal communities + if the person who made them don't want some people to join especially spam joining then those people shouldn't join

if you want to make your own community which allows joining go for it
