winter event idea:
darfriends collectively write a book just like canvas but with words
every user can edit 30 characters at a time (reset: 15 seconds or so) but for every 50 characters typed, your character limit increases by 5

fun twist to consider: each user is randomly chosen a letter that they cannot use, and it resets every week
