'Ankle monitored' status (soft ban)
If ayd is ever possibly unbanned then he should be ankle monitored, a state between unbanned and banned. Every interaction and created communities would have to be reviewed by an admin, and they cannot create accounts on their device and ip. They also have an engagement cooldown if enabled, or if in the case of statistic manipulating they can't engage at all (except interactions ofc)
