you will need to be very consistent because the yt algorithm doesn't really push your videos, if it has no data to go off of-
(take this with a grain of salt, i don't have a big yt)
initially, focus more on quantity and content diversity than quality
after posting a lot and finding your niche, then you can start making higher effort stuff -
i've had two attempts at this already, and i get demotivated when i don't see results quickly
in theory it should take ~10 videos to get 1k since it pushes the first 1-2 videos (with shorts at least) but my subs always end up coming from other places (putting it on my main with 15k undeserved subs which can't even get monetized/verified) -
with shorts animators if you have a recognizable style then that's the biggest thing then the rest should work out, which i've figured out exactly how to do

lazy but consistent animation, or in this case just moving still images that change every second lol
i really like this specific idea and it's probably my best one yet
ignore trying to attract different audiences with one video concept, reanimating other audios with a recognizable style just automatically does just that lol
