    a few years ago there was a tropical storm that didn't even directly hit us but it did give us a gust of wind that knocked a tree down and it fell onto our deck and destroyed it... long story short it got a huge glowup because insurance 🤑
    i say that because you never really know what will happen, even if you think it's over or something like that just be prepared and stay safe
