new rule: dont put a pc / charger on the floor of the bottom floor of your house

maybe @jinx_fan_999 can ask his very strict dad to unconfiscate my brother's laptop and bring it back with the charger since it's the same pc / charger

my laptop charger has been sitting for hours in water while plugged because of sewer backup and now its over for my pc because it has no battery

r.i.p laptop I don't have another charger
