namesniping one account for an alt/test account or using as a main is OK
but creating multiple accounts just to namesnipe (and possibily sell later) is NOT OK and considered as spamming

  i think he wants you mention it in the ToS, although it already is there as spamming

  The only problem I have with this is how vague it is. How many alts can you make within a period of time before it's considered spam? I don't expect an exact number, but something that'll at least be able to help picture that number in my head.

  rule of thumb: don't make accounts with the sole purpose of claiming usernames
