Actually, upon further research, Darflen is actually not blocked in Iran or Russia either. Check this out. -

I can't find it. It's not blocked anywhere except North Korea and Turkmenistan because these countries have an intranet where every website except for state-controlled websites or certain apps, with only a limited amount of people even allowed to use the tightly restricted intranet. But even in Turkmenistan, you can access Darflen or Blaze if you use a VPN or go to a US Embassy in Ashgabat. So I would say North Korea and Turkmenistan (mostly).
