Ability to add reposts to communities within the interface

A community that you have joined should have a 'New Repost' button (left image) that opens up a modal (right image) for the post ID of the target repost. A repost modal, when you click on the repost button on any post, should also have an optional dropdown menu of the communities you have joined.

Suggestion: Starting from now, any new anarchy communities should be deleted. Old ones can stay, but if any new ones are created with some yet-to-be-discovered bug, they should be deleted.
