I rarely say that qxva was right, but for once, he was right, albeit a little late

There are only 2 active mods now (as far as I can tell), but I don't know what the solution could be. I can't spend too much time on Darflen, which is required to moderate it, as I'm frequently checking reports. Paradock doesn't have unlimited time either (unless he is the time god)
