alright are we writing dates as "12 June, 1898" or "the 12th of June, 1898" or "June 12th, 1898" or "June 12, 1898" or "12/06/1898" or "1898-06-12" or (PkmnQ proceeds to outlive the heat death of the universe. He is still not done listing out date formats.)

I think we should follow this layout

If user exists and doesn't have a user page = use X template
If user exists and has a page = do not use template and don't add an @ at the beginning
If user is deleted = leave it as normal text
