Firstly make a unlisted post, next go to the comments and ping the person you will like to dm.
Remember to bookmark or store in a safe area.

You can ping multiple people to make a group chat.
Using a alt can allow you to block people without blocking them from darflen (incase you want to view their posts) the owner of the post can edit it to add reminders, name it who the dm is with, or add some links to websites that are relevant, The customisation is truly limitless*.
